Saturdays Ride and Practice will be limited to 600 entries and sign up will only be available online. A link to sign up is at the bottom of this page.
Sign ups will open in January.
Practice will be offered as it was in 2025 (by rider ability) with a few modifications.
You will have the option of signing up as one of the following:
"A" Rider (Expert) Drum Brake Bike
"A" Rider (Expert) Disk Brake Bike
"B" Rider (Intermediate) Drum Brake Bike
"B" Rider (Intermediate) Disk Brake Bike
"C" Rider (Novice) Drum Brake Bike
"C" Rider (Novice) Disk Brake Bike
"D" Trail bike rider (with No A-Hill) Drum Brake Bike
"D" Trail bike rider (with No A-Hill) Disk Brake Bike
This will allow us to separate drum and disk Brake machines from being on the track at the same time (as much as possible)
We know that many riders bring multiple bikes to ride at Zoar. If you have both a drum and disk brake bike(s), sign up as what you consider to be your primary bike as you will ride all bikes with that style bike.
If you would prefer, you will be allowed to sign up for two groups (i.e. "A" drum brake and "A" Disk Brake). You will then be assigned two different times for each rotation to ride and get two helmet stickers. This will get you out on the track twice per complete session rotation. To do this, you will have to pay for two practices - If you choose this action.
When you come to the track and sign the insurance release waiver, you will receive a wristband and a helmet sticker. The wristband shows that you have signed up to ride and signed the appropriate paperwork and the helmet sticker will designate which group you will ride with.
You will be placed into a numbered group with assigned times that you will be on the track. These times and group numbers will be posted in several areas around the facility.
If you race, consider this to be a "moto number"
There will be a rider corral set up with your group number posted and up to 3 others as well to allow you to get up and ready to ride at your designated time-frame.
This procedure, will eliminate the need to sit up at the starting area for a long period of time waiting to get on the track. Come up a couple minutes before your scheduled time, jump in with your assigned group and get ready to ride!
As long as your group is up, you will be allowed to get on the track. If you are late, your time on the track will be shortened. If you miss your timeframe, you will have to wait until the next round. You will NOT be allowed to ride with a different numbered group other than the one assigned to you.
The order of bikes and assigned track time will be determined once all riders are signed up but will be sorted in a pattern that will put drum brake bikes out first and disk brake bikes at the end of each session rotation.
Practice will run from 9am until 4pm.
Depending on the total number of riders signed up, you will be offered at least three opportunities to get on the track.
